- Steven A 26- (or 27?) year-old Asian-American male presents to clinic with drooling. He constantly chants "Next step? Management?" with eye-blinking, staring spells of 10 seconds, then resumes filling in imaginary bubbles with a #2 pencil. EEG shows 3 Hz
